THE PLAN (NETFLIX SERIES REVIEW) 2023

For those who follow me, you will know that I struggle with series, but then, I got good reviews from friends so I decided to check it out. The Nollywood series wasn’t bad after all, if you like drama, suspense movie, then this is for you.

At first I wasn’t so sure what to expect from the series as I am not a great fan of series, but having received a recommendation from a friend, I decided to give it a shot. Karama had 2 best friends from way back; they loved and trusted each other dearly till that love was tested. Karama’s hubby was very ill and in his last days, he confided in his wife telling her where he had stored all the treasures. When he died in order to keep them all safe and in separate places to avoid losing all, she decides to tell her best friends to help her hide them, the main issues arose when it was time to collect her treasures back, and they started telling her stories. Do check this series out to see how this beautiful friendship went into the thin air because of lies, deceit and greed.

To my verdict I am going to score the series 7.5/10, it was ok, I enjoyed the twist at the end how the hunter became the hunted, the costumes and locations used, showing our rich African culture.
