HUNGER (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2023
This was a simple brilliant movie, about a chef and how he treated his employees, he was so brutal and inconsiderate, thought of no one but himself, I was glad he could learn his lesson at the tail end.
A young woman had being managing her family simple road side noodles restaurant business for a while, they weren’t rich but they were happy feeding the poor with lovely affordable dishes, till she got invited to work with a famous notorious wealthy chef, who had no human feelings or emotional intelligence on how to deal with his employees. She took on the challenge whole heartedly and was willing to learn despite the pain and cost. The unfortunate side for me, was how she became exactly what she fought against, watch till the very end to see how this new job almost tore her entire family and personality apart. A lovely nice drama, thriller movie I must say, it was just nice to see a different storyline from the other movies I have being watching.
