THE MAN FROM TORONTO (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2022
I think I expected more as always from Kevin hart and I just didn’t get it. When it got released on Netflix, I decided to see it for myself to know why there was a lot of hype around the movie, and honestly, it was just a simple okay movie to me and I didn’t leave with all my expectations met.
If you are a fan of Kevin Hart, then you might want to check this brand-new movie out. So Kevin was a young man struggling to earn a living but things weren’t working out well as planned, he desperately wanted to please his wife on her birthday so he booked a holiday, the movie went to another level when he was lodged into the wrong apartment and everything went south, well you will need to watch the entire movie to see how he got himself out of the mess of mistaken identity, they taught he was the notorious bad guy that had been on the FBI list for years. I felt it was like a story we have seen before, but didn’t hold strong grounds for me.
Cast: Woody Harrelson, Lela Loren, Kaley Cuoco e.t.
Director: Patrick Hughes
Runtime: 110min.
Genre: Drama
Release: 2022
To my verdict I would score this movie 6/10, maybe I went in with my expectations so high, or I wasn’t just feeling the movie, well for those of you out there who love Kevin, then you might want to try this out.
