During one of her hustles, she encounters Madam Vee, a powerful, wealthy and ruthless matriarch. Madam Vee introduces Ekwutosi to Domitilla, an exclusive, high-end underground escort ring catering discreetly to top-tier politicians, businessmen and elites. There, Ekwutosi meets Fisayo and Promise, two other young women who have been drawn into the same web to pay off heavy financial debts forced upon them by Madam Vee.
As the girls sink deeper into this glamorous but dangerous lifestyle, they discover that madam Vee’s “Domitilla” empire is merely a front for far more sinister operations, including human trafficking and an illicit organ-harvesting ring. Meanwhile, an idealistic police inspector is tracking Madam Vee’s criminal network. However, his investigation is constantly blocked from the inside by a highly corrupt police commissioner who is firmly on Madam Vee’s payroll.
