The take down ( Netflix review) 2022
I was searching for a very good action movie, when I bumped into this, I guess I had my expectations really high, but in all the movie was quiet difficult to explain and understand, but I had to make the best out of the situation here.
I guess I was expecting way more that I was saw from the movie, as a great fan of action packed movie I was super excited to check this brand new 120m French, action, crime, comedy movie. Omar Sy “Ousmane” played the key role as a determined diligent cop; he had to work with Laurent Lafitte “Francois” to unveil the killers of a young man whose body was found on the train, but the investigation lead them to deeper findings that would shake up the city. The movie was about a dirty crime deal, that went dirty, they had some political backing, it was like a conspiracy centered around a strong drug cartel, but had to be unveiled by 2 skilled cops.

It was just one of those simple action/comedy movies, I am not sure I got the total hang of it, maybe it wasn’t my thing or I just wasn’t into it, but I felt they could have done better, I would score it 6/10, I hope they do better next time, if you love action movies, maybe you would want to try this, not a pure recommendation from me..
