Levon Cade, a widowed ex-Royal Marine, works as a construction foreman for Joe Garcia (Michael Peña) in Chicago. He strives to maintain a quiet life and secure custody of his daughter, Merry (Isla Gie), from his estranged father-in-law. His tranquillity is shattered when Jenny Garcia, Joe’s 19-year-old daughter, is abducted by a Russian human trafficking ring known as the Bratva, led by Symon Kharchenko.

Determined to rescue Jenny, Levon reactivates his military skills. He infiltrates the Bratva by posing as a drug dealer, aiming to get close to Dimi Kolisnyk, who oversees the trafficking operations. During his mission, Levon kills Wolo Kolisnyk, a high-ranking member, prompting Symon to send his sons, Danya and Vanko, after him.

Levon’s investigation leads him through a web of corruption involving biker gangs, corrupt officials, and the Bratva’s internal politics. He entrusts Merry’s safety to his old comrade, Gunny Lefferty (David Harbour), as he delves deeper into the criminal underworld. After confronting and eliminating Dimi, Levon locates the compound where Jenny is held. In a climactic battle, he rescues Jenny, eliminating her captors, Viper and Artemis, with Jenny aiding in her own escape. Levon returns Jenny to her family and reunites with Merry, while Symon, now isolated, vows revenge.
