When I first got the recommendation from a friend about this movie, I wasn’t so sure what to expect.

What started out as a simple movie transcended to quickly into an insightful movie that left me thinking what could have happened if things went differently and the Minister came out to apologize. Kartik Aaryan was happily married to Mrunal Thakur and they were the dream couple of all, suddenly what looked perfect was at the verge of a divorce due to pride.

One fateful day, an angry man decided to destroy the city and record it live on TV all to get an apology from the government. Do check this touching movie out and wait for the very end, the last scene will leave you speechless.

Dhamaka

Cast: Kartik Aaryan, Murnal Thakur, Amruta Subhash, Vikas Kumar, Aeklavya Tomer

Director: Ram Madhvani

Runtime: 1hours 44min

I loved the simplicity of the movie but it was loaded with loads of life lessons, that one mustn’t take for granted. I learnt the importance of saying I am sorry and forgiveness, if only he wouldn’t allow ego cloud his judgment he would have had a better home, to my verdict I would score this movie 7/10.
