THE TRIP (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2021
I initially thought that it was going to be a simple quiet movie about a trip taken by a couple, little did I know that there was going to be so much fighting, shooting and action for a new movie with new faces.
Lisa was married to Lars for a few years but their marriage was struggling and they just couldn’t stand each other anymore, both of them couldn’t even explain how it got this bad. Lars decided to accompany Lisa to their remote cabin to discuss how to rekindle the lost love. What started as a very simple get away trip quickly turns into a war zone as Lisa and Lars both didn’t know that they nursed intentions of killing each other.
On getting to the house to carry out the act, they discover they have some ex-convict who also want them dead, they now have to fight together to save their lives and tail the bad guys.

To my verdict I would score it a 7/10, the movie was good and the suspense at the very end was cool. They all never saw it coming. I liked the twist, although I felt some scenes dragged for so long, could have being shorter or taken off.
