After undergoing surgery, Hakeem returns home to a horrifying discovery his wife and child have been brutally murdered. The authorities dismiss the killings as the result of random gang violence, but Hakeem cannot accept this explanation. Driven by grief and rage, he begins his own investigation.
As Hakeem hunts for the truth, he uncovers a web of deceit that stretches further than he imagined. The trail leads him back to the very doctor he trusted, who had secretly forged consent forms that falsely stated Hakeem and his wife had agreed to organ donation. This shocking revelation ties the deaths of his loved ones to an underground organ trafficking network, backed by a powerful senator.
