Their leader, Bob Ferguson (Leonardo DiCaprio), stands calm in the storm, flanked by the fierce and unrelenting Perfidia Beverly Hills (Teyana Taylor). Sixteen years later, the world has changed. Bob and Perfidia have gone underground, raising their teenage daughter Willa, who knows little of her parents’ militant past. But Lockjaw has never forgotten, and when he resurfaces, now a high-ranking security enforcer, he begins hunting them again not for justice, but revenge. When Willa is kidnapped after a school dance, Bob is forced out of hiding. He joins forces with Deandra (Regina Hall), an old ally turned community leader, and Sergio St. Carlos (Benicio del Toro), a martial arts instructor with secrets of his own.

The journey becomes a desperate chase through border towns, forgotten prisons, and dusty highways. Bob’s world of ideology and war collides with fatherhood as he realizes the revolution never truly ended, it only changed shape. The final act takes place in an abandoned military outpost where Bob faces Lockjaw under a collapsing hangar, each punch echoing with years of pain and vengeance. It ends not with triumph, but with understanding two men broken by the same war, staring down the ghosts they created.
