As they attempt to sabotage the relationship through various schemes, their constant bickering and sarcastic insults reveal the unresolved emotions lingering between them. Beneath their hostility lies a deep familiarity and connection that neither has fully let go of.
While trying to prevent Lily from repeating what they believe was their own romantic mistake, David and Georgia slowly rediscover the qualities that once made them fall in love. The beauty of the island, the warmth of the local culture, and the joy surrounding Lily’s relationship gradually soften their hardened hearts.
Through humorous mishaps and emotional realizations, they begin to question whether their failed marriage was truly the mistake they believed it to be. Ultimately, their attempt to stop love ends up reigniting their own long-dormant feelings.
