CHRISTMAS IN MIAMI (CINEMA REVIEW) 2021
It’s the festive season and you just have to visit the cinema the honest truth is that you just have watch what’s available so I had no choice than to watch this new movie in the cinema, “Christmas in Miami”.
Sincerely I am not really sure I am a great fan of AY’s movies, as they tend to always tilt towards, comedy and making people laugh, where we forget the most important things well to me I must say, which I storyline, connectivity and lessons learnt, I don’t really want to spend 2 hours of my entire life laughing out and walking out without anything, but I guess I seem to be the only one on this side of the story as majority of our people prefer to laugh away their sorrows and don’t need core stories or movies that make them think intellectually, I want to think, I don’t have a problem with laughing at my plight is please let it make sense and be worth my while, I guess we all see things differently.
To the story – every year the Intercontinental Christmas Fiesta organizes a family reality TV show, where by 6 families are gathered from across each continent to lodge in a house for a one week, where they have to compete with other families to win the huge cash price of $1m dollars at the end of the show. They are expected to showcase their cultures, beliefs and values to other participants, alongside also learning from the others too. Rules and regulations were set and at the end of each game score awarded and weekly winners set. RMD played the lead role as AY’s Dad and what turned out to be a competition for them became even better when he found true love during the show. You would need to check the movie out to see who won and what they did right.
