SILVERTON SEIGE (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2022

I really enjoyed this new movie that was based on true incident and happening in South Africa. They tried to relive and tell the South Africa story of what led to a chain of reactions that finally led to the freedom of Nelson Mandela.

Trust me it was so nice to see Thabo Rametsi the popular South African actor, who also featured in “Amandla” early this year. He totally killed his role in this movie that trended also.

He was a member of a group who had being sent on a mission to cause various disruptions in the city that will cause the government to attend to their needs.

During their mission they were stopped and in the cause of the chance went on to high jack a bank as a means of an escape, although it was a well fought mission.

What people thought was over initiated a movement that called for the release of the great man “Mandela”.

Based on a true life story its one you will absolutely adore if you are a sucker for brilliant movies.

To my verdict I would score the movie 8.5/10. I totally enjoyed the movie from start to finish. I was sad and happy at the end, as what I thought had ended the mission, actually started a movement that brought about drastic changes in South Africa and Mandela road to freedom.

A brilliant well told story based on true life issues. If you love drama movies and fantastic stories then this is your movie.
