THE WEEKEND GETAWAY (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2022
What started as a simple getaway between Kate and Beth turned out quickly into becoming Beth’s worse night mare.
They had initially planned to spend some time together and just relax away from the family, but I guess things didn’t go as planned.
Beth and Kate have being friends for ages, and decided to go on a weekend getaway. They arrived and wanted to paint the town red by visiting all the fun places, drinking and having the best meals.
Well, what started out as fun, turned out so quickly as the worse nightmare of Beth, as she woke up the next morning to find out that Kate had gone missing the night before and because she had a couple of drinks the entire night was really hazy for her to remember exact details, which meant she was the number 1 suspect in regards to her missing friend.
The entire movie was around the cops seeking out Kate’s killer. Want to see this movie? Make sure you wait till the very last scene and please concentrate as the end revelation will leave you in so much shock. You can thank me later.

To my verdict I would score this movie 7.5/10. It was a simple drama movie, that was very exciting and thrilling. I totally enjoyed every bit of it and the end was absolutely amazing for me, as I never saw that coming nor expected it.
I am sure that drama movie lovers will enjoy it too.
