TRUST (NETFLIX REVIEW) 2021
I bumped into the movie called “Trust” on Netflix and decided to give it a try as it was among the top recommendations. It was a good movie with loads of lessons to learn from.
Brooke and Owen were happily married till trust became a major issue that almost destroyed their marriage and home. At first the movie was slow till it moved on quickly into the main action.
The couple were a very happy one, hanging out and doing a lot together, young and had no kids. They had another couple who was close to them and they hung out regularly to catch-up and have fun most weekends.
Brooke was a very successful art gallery owner or collector. Suddenly, they started having issues at home. When she signed up a new talented handsome artist called Ansgar, who was notorious for sleeping with married women. Her husband was scared and tried to warn her to be very careful, but she explained that it was just work and nothing more.
Along the line, she also became very suspicious about her husband who was a very successful newscaster in town and a lot of female colleagues clustered around him all the time, as they just enjoyed his company. One night he received a very suspicious call at 3am and she decided she was going to track him and test his faithfulness. She hired a pretty young lady to try and seduce her husband to find out if he will fall.
Well, you will need to watch the full movie to see how it went down, and she almost destroyed her home and marriage as a result of lack of trust.

This movie had loads of lessons you could learn from. One had to do with trust each other in the marriage. Secondly, you must learn to forgive 1000x daily in marriage. You don’t have to test the other party to proof their faithfulness and love.
Try to be open and true. I did learnt a lot of lessons and I am sure you will. I liked the story and cinematography, costumes and twist at the end. I really never expected it to still end in peace.
To my verdict, I would score this movie 7/10. If you love drama movies with beautiful lessons, you might want to try this out.
