BEAST (CINEMA REVIEW) 2022
Well, I guess I went in with too many expectations. The movie was okay but then just didn’t surpass my imagination, considering the fact that I went in because I saw Idris Elba. It’s being a while so I was super excited to go check this movie out.
If you are a great fan, you can still check it out, I was just expecting to see more thrill, excitement and action.
In this movie, Idris who was called “Dr. Nate Daniels” had 2 daughters. He had lost his wife to a terminal illness and felt that he needed to spend some time with the kids and bond more, so he decided that they should travel to their mumys birth place to rekindle some love as that was also where he met her through an old friend.
When they arrived what was supposed to be a very simple, quiet and simple vacation, turned into a nightmare over night as they had to fight for their lives, to get off the forest to avoid being killed by a very furious lion whose family had being taken away from him. The entire movie was the chase by the lion and the quest to save their lives. A simple okay movie for me, but if you love Idris Elba and mystery thriller drama, then you might want to check this out quickly.

Sincerely to me this movie didn’t really cut it for me so I would score it 6.5/10. There was something that just didn’t cut it for me, although some people enjoyed it. I just expected much more, on that note I will end my review.
