But trouble follows him. Strange creatures made of water, fire, and wind begin attacking cities. During one of the attacks, Peter meets Mysterio, a man who claims he is from another world, here to stop these monsters. Nick Fury forces Peter to work with Mysterio, even though Peter feels unready to fill Tony Stark’s shoes.

As they travel from Venice to Prague to London, Peter struggles with responsibility. He just wants to be a teenager, but everyone expects him to be the next Iron Man. Mysterio is a former Stark employee using advanced illusions to make himself look like a savior. Now that he has the glasses, he plans to create bigger illusions to gain power and fame.

Peter realizes his mistake too late. He must stop a massive illusion attack planned for London. Even injured and scared, Peter pushes through drones, traps, and lies to reach Mysterio. In the final confrontation, Peter breaks through the illusions using his instincts, fighting blind but trusting himself.
