THOSE THAT WISH ME DEAD (CINEMA REVIEW) 2021
It was so nice to see Angelina Jolie in this brand new cinema movie. I was super excited to go check it out, and trust me it wasn’t bad at all. There were loads of driving, running and shooting. This is a movie where a man and his son had to drive from the city to his in-law’s place to save their lives. I liked the fact that there was a silver lining at the tail end.
Angelina Jolie played the role as “Hannah Faber” a professional fire fighter, who happened to be the only female in her team which was dominated mainly by guys. Despite being the only female, she was very good at her job.
One day in the course of the work, she meets a very small boy who was roaming about lost in the forest and she tried to help the guy. He kept running from her thinking she was also an evil person. He decided to trust her with the secret paper his dad passed on to him before he died; his father had some very important information about some top guys who were defrauding the system. He was a forensic accountant who stumbled upon some serious information where he worked, which he wasn’t meant to have access to. He discovered that the list of top officials who were defrauding the system. He had no one to trust but his son, so he gave him the information just before he passed on.
The bad guys wanted him dead at all cost and when they found out his son might have had custody of the secret too, they went after him to kill him. You will need to watch the entire movie to see those who wished them dead. Super exciting movie, do check it out.

To my verdict I would love to score this movie 7.5/10. Although I liked the simple movie, it wasn’t extraordinary or distinct from what we have seen before. They only added a bit of twist and cast to make it spicy. I liked the fact that it ended well, besides that the action was just okay. There have being loads of mixed feelings with the movie and some reviews.
